TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These terms and conditions set out the full and complete service agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (the “Customer”) and Cleanpro Solution Pty Ltd for the provision of cleaning services. It is important to completely understand the following terms as by using Cleanpro Solution services constitutes the full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Cleaning Services

 

  • The Service provided will be done so spin consultation between the Customer and a Cleanpro representative
  • Cleanpro aims to deliver the service with professionalism and integrity, in accordance with the Agreement
  • Additions or subtractions of the Service must be discussed prior to the Service Time and it is at the discretion of management as to whether these can be facilitated. Variations that include a reduction in Service rendered may result in a financial fee for the change.
  • Cleanpro will not be responsible for existing damage, stain or breakage due to the age of fittings.

 

Breakage due to the age of fittings

 

  • Heavily soiled carpet, paint & oil on carpet or stain like pet urine, wine or cordial stained carpet can be difficult to remove. Cleaner will inform the Customer if it is able to clean or not before they start working. Please notice that once Customer agree to start, it is non-refundable.
  • For End-lease cleaning, Customers must empty the premises before the cleaner arrive. Otherwise there will be a waiting fee due to the cleaners are not able to start the job.

 

Job quotations

 

  • To determine the actual price quoted and payable is based on the size of the Premises as well as the hours it would take to fulfil the obligation of the scope of work provided
  • Any domestic price quoted by Cleanpro is an estimate on either the size of the premises including number of bedrooms and bathrooms and is based on Cleanpro’s experience.
  • Any commercial price quoted by Cleanpro is an estimate on the size of the premises based on the total number of square meters. This price is based on Cleanpro’s experience on the number of hours it would take to .

 

Clean the premises

 

  • Cleanpro has the right to alter this quote upon inspection if the scope of the work is lesser or greater than expected (level of clean) based on the actual state of the premises.

 

Bookings and Re-clean service

 

  • There will be a minimum booking time of 3 hours for all types of cleaning. Please note that less than 3 hours may have additional charges.

 

Urgent fee charged

 

  • Cleanpro also provides Re-Clean service free of charge if the Customer is not satisfied with the 1st cleaning service. Please notice that free charge Re-Clean service must be arranged within 72 hours after the 1st cleaning job is done; more than 72 hours is to consider a new booking in which a full cleaning fee will be charged.
  • Customer must provide at least 24 hours notice for Cleanpro to arrange the time for re-clean service.
  • Customers must inform the cleaning service ahead of time if need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will have to charge $50-$100 depending on the cleaner’s arrival or on-the-way scenario. Charges may differ on how big the job is.

 

Payment

 

  • Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or in cash.
  • Payment should be done after the cleaning.

 

Cancellation

 

  • The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit, if:
  • The Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment;
  • The Client fails to provide access to the service premises thus preventing the Company to carry out the booked work;
  • There is a problem with the Client’s keys and the Cleaner cannot let themselves in. If keys are provided they must open all locks without any special efforts or skills.
  • If the Client needs to change a cleaning day or time the Company will do its best to accommodate them. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
  • Please note that the Company cannot guarantee that the same operative will be available on a new day and at the time the Client requires. Any changes in the cleaning schedule are subject to availability.
  • Canceling the cleaning service in the middle of the job requires charges, 80% of the original quote will be charged.
  • For last-minute cancellations, we will charge $100 instead of the full amount.

 

Loss or Damage

 

  • In case of loss or damage due to the fault of the cleaner, the same should be communicated immediately to the owner/tenant before the cleaner leaves the unit. After inquiry/investigation, it is found that the loss or damage was due to the fault of the Cleanpro Solution cleaner, Cleanpro shall cover the liability, but the same shall be limited only up to the extent of the cleaning charge paid by the customer.

 

Additional Information for T&C

 

  • To ensure the best cleaning experience for you, we kindly request that you prepare the areas to be cleaned by ensuring they are clear of any heavy furniture or belongings. Your assistance in this matter allows us to focus solely on providing thorough and efficient cleaning services.
  • Please note that we are unable to remove items that you have installed yourself. This includes any fixtures, hardware, or other personal installations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring these items are removed prior to our service.

 

Baby Safety locks and Adhesive Hooks

 

We offer the option to remove baby safety locks and adhesive hooks for a small fee for you. However, please note that while we take great care during removal, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the surface.
