At Cleanpro Solution, the quality of the cleaning services comes as the priority for our customers. However, it is important to note that some situations may incur extra charges because of the complexity of the cleaning work. Here’s the reason why additional expenses might be incurred and the reasons for such expenses.

KITCHEN & WARDBROBE CABINET 

Cabinets with multiple compartments, shelves, and drawers require more detailed cleaning, as each section needs to be individually accessed and cleaned. This can be more time-consuming than cleaning standard cabinet structures and may incur additional charges.

The photos above show standard kitchens and wardrobes, which typically have fewer compartments, shelves, and drawers. For these types of kitchens and wardrobes, our standard cleaning rates generally apply.

In comparison, the photos below show more complex kitchen and wardrobe designs with multiple compartments, shelves, and drawers. These require additional time and effort to clean thoroughly and may therefore incur additional charges. The final price will depend on the actual condition and scope of work. We will conduct an on-site assessment and provide a quote before proceeding, and cleaning will only commence once the client has approved the quoted price.

In addition, additional charges may apply in certain situations. For example, if a large amount of rubbish has been left at the property, or if there are stubborn stains that require additional time and effort to clean. Additional fees may also apply for rubbish packing, removal, and disposal. Please refer to the photos below for examples.

CARPET AND FLOORING 

Stains on carpets, tiles, and other flooring surfaces can vary in type and severity, from everyday spills to more persistent or deep-set marks. Different types of stains may require specific treatment methods and specialised cleaning products. Identifying and treating these stains can require additional time and effort compared to standard cleaning, and some permanent or deeply set stains may not be completely removable.

WALL

Wall stains can vary widely in type and severity, including grease marks, water marks, scuff marks, and more persistent discolouration. Different types of stains may require specific cleaning methods and specialised products. Identifying and treating these stains can require additional time and effort compared to standard cleaning and may incur additional charges. Please note that some permanent or deeply set stains may not be completely removable, and results may vary depending on the condition and type of the wall surface.

WINDOWS

Windows with multiple panels or glass sections require more detailed cleaning compared to standard single-panel windows. Each individual panel needs to be cleaned separately, requiring additional time and attention. More complex window designs, including multiple panels, frames, and tracks, may therefore require additional cleaning time and may incur additional charges.

MOULD CLEANING

Mould cleaning and treatment are not included in our standard cleaning rates and will incur additional charges. This applies to mould found on any area or surface that we are able to clean, including glass, windows, window frames and tracks, blinds, walls, ceilings, and other affected surfaces.

The cost of mould cleaning will depend on the affected area, severity, surface type, accessibility, and the time and treatment required. Please note that while we will make every reasonable effort to clean and treat affected areas, some mould staining or permanent discolouration may not be completely removable.

Curtain cleaning and mould removal from curtains are not included in our services.
