At Cleanpro Solution, the quality of the cleaning services comes as the priority for our customers. However, it is important to note that some situations may incur extra charges because of the complexity of the cleaning work. Here’s the reason why additional expenses might be incurred and the reasons for such expenses.

KITCHEN & WARDBROBE CABINET 

Cabinets with multiple compartments, shelves, and drawers increase the cleaning challenge. Each compartment needs to be individually accessed and cleaned, which can be time-consuming. Our team will meticulously clean each section to ensure every nook and cranny is addressed, but this detailed approach does mean that the job will take more time compared to simpler cabinet structures.

The photos above show standard kitchens and wardrobe cabinets, which typically feature fewer compartments and drawer designs. For this type of kitchen and wardrobe, we charge based on our standard cleaning rates. However, we usually conduct an on-site visit for assessment, and only proceed with the cleaning work after the employer agrees to the quoted price.

Compared to the standard kitchens and wardrobes mentioned above, the photos below depict more complex kitchen and wardrobe designs with multiple layers of compartments and drawers. These require more time to clean, so we charge an additional fee accordingly. As always, we conduct an on-site visit, provide a quote, and only begin the cleaning work after the employer’s approval.

In addition, there are certain situations where we may also charge the employer additional fees — for example, if the previous tenant left behind a large amount of garbage or there are stubborn stains that are difficult to clean. The additional time and attention required for each panel can contribute to the overall cost of the service.
